What are your minimum quantities?
In many cases, the minimum quantity is 1 (one) item. For each product, the minimum quantity is listed in the product price. We do have a minimum order requirement of $10.00.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
Absolutely. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer technology. If you access the Forever & Always site using a secure browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc., the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection (during the checkout’s transmission process) and can only be decoded by Forever & Always Inc. Do you charge state sales tax?
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of New York are charged sales tax. Orders sent to destinations outside the state of New York are exempt from sales tax. The NYS sales tax amount charged is based upon each NYS county’s sales tax percentage rate.
My wedding is next weekend! Do you accept rush orders?
We ship most non-personalized items within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. For lengthier personalized items, there is a fee to rush your order. And, yes, pending your approval of the rush and expedited shipping fees, we can certainly get your favors and gifts to you on time. Is there a charge for personalization?
Personalization is free on most items. We want your favors and gifts to be personalized just the way you want them. Your order will be reviewed by one of our expert customer service representatives who will contact you if we have any questions. Please note, we do not always realize that a name may have been misspelled when you submitted your order. Please precisely follow directions for ordering personalized items, and carefully proofread your personalization information before submitting your order. Please use upper AND lower case letters whenever applicable. (ie. all caps ONLY if initials or a monogram, etc.)
Will you provide me with confirmation of my order when it is received?

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
When applicable, all orders are notified of backorder at the time of order confirmation. If your order has been confirmed by our order department, your products have been allocated to you and will ship to you as originally promised.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All products featured on our website provide a shipping lead time. The specified shipping lead time indicates the time needed to process your order. Please note that this lead time does not include shipping transit time.
How can I check on the status of my order? Can I track the package?

Can you ship to a PO Box?
When shipping within the continental US we cannot ship to a PO Box. We suggest, with the permission of your place of employment, that you have your order shipped directly to you at work. This will ensure safe receipt of your package without any worries (exposure to rain, snow, extreme heat, theft, etc.).
What are Forever & Always Inc standard shipping methods & costs?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for continental US deliveries. For all other deliveries, Global Express mail and Priority Mail are used depending upon where you are located. Shipping costs are based upon the weight of your order. We suggest, with the permission of your place of employment, that you have your order shipped directly to you at work. This will ensure safe receipt of your package without any worries (exposure to rain, snow, extreme heat, theft, etc.). We do reserve the right to use the least costly means of shipping as long as we can meet our committed time frames for delivery.
Can you ship my gift directly to recipients?
Absolutely. You do have the option to ship merchandise to a separate address. During the checkout process, you will be given the option to select a ship to address that is different from your billing address.
How will my wedding favors and wedding accessories be packaged?
All of our products are securely packed in bubble wrap, shipping peanuts and heavy-duty, corrugated boxes.
Do you ship internationally? What does this cost?
Forever & Always Inc. welcomes international orders. Please note all prices are shown in US funds. For an estimated cost of an international shipment, please place your order online and choose “GLOBAL” for the shipping method. We will contact you directly with the Global shipping charges BEFORE processing your order. You can also email us at <class=”ult-li-arrow”> firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about an estimated cost (please include the items and quantities you are interested in purchasing as well as exactly where they are shipping to).
What is your policy regarding duties, taxes and brokerage fees?
For orders shipping to international destinations, Forever & Always Inc. is not responsible for any duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Furthermore, Forever & Always Inc. is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order. Is it possible to cancel or change my order once it has been submitted?
We cannot guarantee to cancel any order(s). We will make every attempt to intercept your order whenever possible, however, you will be charged for any work that has already been completed. In addition, there is a 25% (of order total) cancellation fee for all Seed Packet and Personalized orders already in process.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please utilize our 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy. Personalized, customized, and engraved products as well as edible products and sample products are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing product(s)?
Report all Damage / Shortage Claims within 15 Days of delivery acceptance. Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a resolution on packages that aren’t opened and inspected immediately upon receipt
