Wedding Stress: You Can Have A Stress Free Wedding
Let's face it, every person has some "tear their hair out" wedding stress moments when planning their wedding day. The planning period is actually the biggest part of your wedding and it SHOULD BE fun. The first thing you can do to have a stress free wedding is to set a budget before making any concrete decisions about your wedding. Then, take time with your partner to discuss what each of you would like for your wedding - even if someone else is paying for it.
Your wedding day will be the biggest event that you have ever planned. It's normal to feel overwhelmed and even stressed out. Whether you are planning your wedding alone or with help, your going to have moments of anxiety and wedding stress. Remember to take your wedding day planning one day at a time. Another great way to avoid reaching wedding stress meltdown is to know that it's okay to ask for reasonable help from your fiance, friends and family members when you need it.
You can ensure a stress free wedding by cherishing the notion that your wedding day is about you and the love of your life reciting your vows. No one will notice the little things such as the flowers that aren't exactly what you had in mind but, they will notice the ranting and raving stressed out bride yelling about them.

1. Savor the days right after you get engaged. You can avoid premature wedding stress by refraining from setting a date or making any appointments for at least a week.
