Marriage Proposal: How to Ask ... "Will You Marry Me?"
You have been dating for months, maybe years. You have come to the realization that you want to spend the rest of your life with this person. But how do you pop the big question?
Think about all you know about her/him.(Yes, ladies, you can propose too!) Be creative. There are so many options. Some simple and budget friendly ideas could be: If they like the beach, go for a day and give a message in a bottle. Or place a photo of yourself holding the ring in a picture frame and have it engraved with the words, Will you marry me? Something that involves a little more work but still worth the effort would be to make a photo album of your lives together up to this point and have that engraved with your names on the front of the album. Plan a day somewhere that holds a special place in your heart. A park, the place of your first date, somewhere you both enjoy visiting. Depending on where that may be you can find a prop to go along with the setting. Perhaps a flower with the ring inside or a glass of wine with a treasure in the bottom. You can even enlist family and friends to help carry out your plan.
